How Leaders Describe a Typical Day at Work

Programs Director ,

Cal-Earth

My days are a blend of management, teaching, and hands-on work. I oversee our diverse programs and workshops, steward the land, and handle public relations. Teaching is a big part of my role, from introductory tours to long-term apprenticeship programs. I guide participants in building structures like emergency shelters and elaborate designs using Super Adobe techniques. Every day, I cherish the blend of creativity, education, and collaboration.
