My path in life has been direct

I started working at Walker Manufacturing Group right after high school through a technical school program called PMA.
2.
I started as a packer and learned the ropes from the ground up.
3.
I gained experience across multiple departments, from punch press to assembly lines.
4.
My first leadership attempt in the tubular televisions department ended in failure, but it pushed me to grow.
5.
I pursued additional education through TET, gaining certified machining and leadership skills.
6.
I transitioned to a bridge role between engineering and production, ensuring seamless new product integration.
7.
After 26 years of dedication, I became the plant manager, overseeing operations and driving continuous improvement.
