How I responded to discouragement
THE NOISE
Messages from Society in general:
You always studied business and worked with numbers so you should stick with that. You probably won't find a successful that job that you will like outside of your field.
How I responded:
There is no correct one-way to get to a destination. Many people fear going outside their comfort zone, but that is what is needed to advance and develop yourself. Even when a person feels like it is too late or too difficult to achieve a goal, the only thing that it stopping you is self-doubt. Some paths may be more difficult, but the more adversity you experience along the way will make you a stronger and wiser individual which can help you get through the difficult or overwhelming times.
